Cranford PAL "Open Mat" Wrestling Clinic 2026

The Cranford PAL "Open Mat" Program is a non-competitive program consisting of 1 hour of instruction and 1/2 hour of live wrestling held at the Cranford High School Wrestling Room (adjacent to the rear faculty parking lot) beginning May 12th 2026 ending July 2nd 2026.

Practice groups:

Tuesdays, 6pm-7:30pm, grades 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th
Thursdays, 7pm-8:30pm, grades 6th, 7th, 8th
